1. What DetourDraft is

DetourDraft is a free, fan-made fantasy league site where users draft teams from a season of The Amazing Race (US) and track scores based on publicly broadcast episode results. It is a hobby project, not a commercial product.

2. Not affiliated with The Amazing Race or CBS

DetourDraft is an independent, unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CBS, World Race Productions, or any other rights holder of The Amazing Race. Team, contestant, and season names and images referenced on this site are used for identification and commentary purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account, and for keeping your Google account secure. We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site to harass, abuse, or impersonate anyone
  • Try to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its data
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract data from the site

5. Your content

League names, and anything else you type into the site, are yours, but you're responsible for it, and you grant DetourDraft a license to store and display it as part of running the service (for example, showing your league name to the friends you invite).

6. No warranty

DetourDraft is provided "as is," with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy of scoring or episode data, or fitness for any particular purpose. Episode results are entered manually by a site admin and may occasionally contain errors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DetourDraft and its operator aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the site. This is a free hobby project with no money on the line.

8. Changes

These terms may change as the site evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
